Notepad

Click “Notepad” below any song to open a personal notepad for that song. Anything you type or paste in the Notepad will be saved to the cloud and accessible on all of your devices. It will not be visible to other users.

Your notes will automatically have the following formatting applied:

• URLs will become clickable links
• Any number followed by “BPM” (e.g. “120 BPM”) will become a clickable tempo preset
• “Key of __” (e.g. “key of C”) will become a key preset

In addition, you can use “Markdown” syntax for other formatting:

• *italic* —> italic (surround with asterisks)
• **bold** —> bold (surround with double asterisks)
• Monospace font for everything between three backticks on a line (```)

An example of using that last one to line up chords with lyrics:
