Deleting your account

If you would like to delete your Strum Machine account, you can do so at any time by writing to us or by following the steps below.

Deletion is permanent. If you choose to delete your account, you will have to start over with a fresh account should you decide to use Strum Machine again in the future.

If you have created custom songs or lists, those will not be deleted from the database. This is so that if you happen to have shared these songs/lists with others, they will still be able to access them. However, they will no longer be associated with an account.

If you wish to have any or all of your custom songs/lists deleted along with your account, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Strum Machine and log in if necessary.
  2. Click on Settings in the top-left corner.
  3. Click on “Account & Subscription”.
  4. Click the gray “Delete Account” link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

Alternatively, write to us from the email address associated with your Strum Machine account and we’ll take care of it for you.
