Cancelling Your Subscription

If Strum Machine isn’t working out for you, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time.

No data gets deleted when you cancel! We’ll keep any custom songs and lists you’ve made safe and sound, so if you decide to resume your subscription later you’ll be able to pick up right where you left off.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

If you subscribed through strummachine.com

You can use our self-serve cancellation form to cancel your subscription and get a prorated refund for any unused time. Click here to open the cancellation form. Once submitted, your cancellation and refund will be processed automatically and instantly.

If you subscribed inside the iOS app

Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t give us a way to manage or cancel customer subscriptions on their behalf. That said, it’s easy to cancel a subscription yourself. Follow these instructions from Apple to cancel your subscription.

If you’re having trouble cancelling your subscription yourself, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. The last thing we want is to keep charging you for something you no longer want, so we’ll make sure everything gets taken care of. (Just note that we cannot cancel Apple-managed subscriptions on your behalf.)
